Arrest Made in the Eliazin Dominquez-Solis Homicide Investigation

The Birmingham Police Department reports detectives have obtained a warrant for an

arrest in connection to the murder of Eliazin Dominquez-Solis. He was shot and killed

on Sunday, March 17, 2024, outside of 6233 Blocton Avenue.


The suspect has been identified as:

Jose Roberto Pablo-Morales, (36), H/M, of Fultondale, Alabama.



On Monday, April 8, 2024, Birmingham Police Detectives presented case information to

the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office. After an assessment of the information,

detectives obtained a warrant for Murder.



On Friday, April 26, 2024, the suspect was taken into custody by our Crime Reduction

Team and the US Marshals Service in the 900 Block of 47th Place North.



Jose Roberto Pablo-Morales is in the custody of the Jefferson County Jail, and he has

No Bond.
