Arrests Made In PDL

HOLMES COUNTY :On May 3, 2024, a mutual aid operation led to the arrest of two individuals following a traffic stop conducted by a Washington County deputy in the Tom Thumb parking lot in PDL.
During the incident, the deputy attempted to stop two motorcycles, but one evaded the stop. The driver of the motorcycle that pulled over was identified as Steven Madison.
A driver’s license check revealed that Madison’s license was suspended. Madison also disclosed the possession of a firearm in his luggage and admitted to being a convicted felon.
Meanwhile, the other motorcycle, operated by Tony Gober, returned to the store. Gober admitted to not having a valid driver’s license. Upon searching Gober’s motorcycle, a meth pipe was discovered in his bag.
As a result, Madison and Gober were arrested. Steven Madison faces charges of driving while license suspended, failure to register a motorcycle, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Tony Gober was charged with driving while license suspended and possession of drug paraphernalia.
