ASHFORD: This week's winner of Mortgage Man Tim and HomeTown Lenders Band and Cheer of the Week is Ashford High School Marching Band and Cheerleaders.
Courtney with HomeTown Lenders was on hand in Ashford on Friday to present the band and cheer with the trophies.
Each week HomeTown Lenders and Mortgage Man Tim have a contest for 10 weeks with a winner each week. The votes are cast each week on Mortgage Man Tim Facebook and www.rickeystokesnews.com for the band and cheer of the week.
Each Thursday and Friday Tim or Courtney attend the schools and presents the band and cheer with a trophy. The winners are selected each week for 10 weeks and then they go into a contest with all winners.
The winner of that final contest will each receive $ 1,000.00. That $ 1,000.00 will be for the band with another $ 1,000.00 for the cheer.
