Candlelight Vigil Tonight New Brockton High School

NEW BROCKTON AL:  The students and faculty of New Brockton High School will hold a candlelight vigil tonight in honor of students who lost their life in Houston County on Monday.


The vigil is tonight, 7 PM, at New Brockton High School.


One student lost their life on the scene of the accident on Highway 84 and 123 in Wicksburg. One student is on life support at Flowers Hospital. Others were injured in the accident. Four students were in the car at the time of the tragedy.


One person, age 55, Anthony Migel Bishop, is in Houston County Jail for DUI with a no bond. Charges are expected for murder and assault on Bishop.


PRAYERS ARE LIFTED to the families, fellow students and faculty of New Brockton High School in the loss of life.
