DOTHAN: These court cases are scheduled in the 20th Judicial Circuit in Houston and Henry County Alabama:


Note:  Juvenile doesn’t have Public Record Judge Lori Collier Ingram and Judge Henry “D” Butch Binford Handle all Juvenile Cases.


Note: Domestic Violence is not always Abuse Cases. They have cases like Petition for Custody, Petition to Modify.


HOUSTON COUNTY:


HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT COURT JUDGE BENJAMIN H LEWIS each morning has initial appearances. These are people who have not made bond. They are required to be seen by a Judge or Magistrate within 48 to 72 hours "of their arrest". Judge Lewis follows the law even when on holidays he or another Judge comes to the Houston County Jail for the initial appearances.


These persons are seen via a TV screen from the jail to the courtroom.


HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT-CRIMINAL COURT JUDGE BENJAMIN LEWIS:  Has District-Criminal with 8 cases for Corpse Abuse, Murder X 2, Theft of Property 4th, Possess Marijuana 2nd, Retail Theft 3rd and Intimidating a Witness.


HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT-CRIMINAL COURT JUDGE HENRY D “BUTCH” BINFORD: Has Circuit-Criminal with 81 cases range from Theft of Property 1st, Fraud Use Credit/Deb, Break/Enter Vehicle, Possess Marihuana 1st and Possess/Receipt Cont. He also has District-Criminal with 12 cases for Possess/Receipt Cont X 2, Obstruct Justice X 2, Forgery 2nd , Sorna Violation X 2, Porn Intent to Disse, Theft of Property 1st X 2, Rec Stolen Prop 1st and Burglary 3rd.


HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT-CRIMINAL COURT JUDGE CHRISTOPHER K RICHARDSON: Has Domestic Relations with 3 cases for Petition to Modify, Answer & Waiver Drn X 2.


Henry County:
