DOTHAN: These court cases are scheduled in the 20th Judicial Circuit in Houston and Henry County Alabama:

Note: Juvenile Don’t have Public Record Judge Lori Collier Ingram and Judge Henry “D” Butch Binford Handle all Juvenile Cases.

HOUSTON COUNTY:

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT COURT JUDGE BENJAMIN H LEWIS each morning has initial appearances. These are people who have not made bond. They are required to be seen by a Judge or Magistrate within 48 to 72 hours "of their arrest". Judge Lewis follows the law even when on holidays he or another Judge comes to the Houston County Jail for the initial appearances.

He also has Traffic with 98 cases range from Drive W/Suspended, Switched Tag, Expired Tag, Speeding, Tinted Windows.

HONORABLE 20^th JUDICAL DISTRICT-CRIMINAL COURT JUDGE KEVIN KOULTON: Has Circuit-Criminal with 19 cases for Robbery 1^st, Assault 2^nd, Burglary 3^rd, Escape 2^nd. He also has District-Criminal with 3 cases for Assault 2^nd, Possess/Receipt Cont X 2.

HONORABLE 20^th JUDICAL DISTRICT-CRIMINAL COURT JUDGE LARRY K ANDERSON: Has Circuit-Criminal with 42 cases range from Possess Marihuana 1^st, Break/Enter Vehicle, Burglary 3^rd, Theft of Property 3^rd. He also has District-Criminal with 1 case for Possess/Receipt Cont.
