 DOTHAN: These court cases are scheduled in the 20th Judicial Circuit in Houston and Henry County Alabama:

HOUSTON COUNTY:

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT COURT JUDGE BENJAMIN LEWIS each morning has initial appearances. These are people who have not made bond. They are required to be seen by a Judge or Magistrate within 48 to 72 hours "of their arrest". Judge Lewis follows the law even when on holidays he or another Judge comes to the Houston County Jail for the initial appearances.

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT COURT JUDGE HENRY D “BUTCH” BINFORD: Has Circuit-Criminal with 5 cases for Porn Possess Material Minor, Sex Abuse-Child Less, Theft of Prop 2^nd, Burglary 3^rd, Robbery 3^rd. He also has Circuit-Civil with 2 cases for Medical Malpractice, Equity Non-Damage.

 

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT COURT JUDGE R TODD DERRICK: Has Domestic Relations with 3 cases for Contempt/Rule NISI, Petition to Modify X 2.

Henry County:
