DOTHAN: These court cases are scheduled in the 20th Judicial Circuit in Houston and Henry County Alabama:


Note:  Juvenile don’t have Public Record Judge Lori Collier Ingram and Judge Henry “D” Butch Binford Handle all Juvenile Cases.


Note: Domestic Violence is not always Abuse Cases. They have cases like Petition for Custody, Petition to Modify, Contested Divorce.


HOUSTON COUNTY:


HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT COURT JUDGE BENJAMIN H LEWIS: Each morning has initial appearances. These are people who have not made bond. They are required to be seen by a Judge or Magistrate within 48 to 72 hours "of their arrest". Judge Lewis follows the law even when on holidays he or another Judge comes to the Houston County Jail for the initial appearances.


These persons are seen via a TV screen from the jail to the courtroom.


HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT-CRIMINAL COURT JUDGE BENJAMIN H LEWIS: Has District-Criminal with 9 cases for Possess Marihuana 1st, Possess Contr Subs Inte, Robbery 3rd, Disorderly Conduct. He also has Domestic relations with 7 cases for Protection from Abus. In District-Civil he has 8 cases for Unlawful Detainer. In Small Claims he has 1 case for Contract/EJMNT/SEIZU.


HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY CIRCUIT-CIVIL COURT JUDGE HENRY D “BUTCH” BINFORD: Has Circuit-Civil with 1 case for Medical Malpractice.


HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY CIRCUIT-CIVIL COURT JUDGE KEVIN MOULTON: Has Domestic Relation with 1 case for Petition to Modify. In Circuit-Civil he has 2 cases for Oher CV Case, Negligence Motor Vehicle.


HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY CIRCUIT-CIVIL COURT JUDGE R TODD DERRICK: He has Circuit-Civil with 1 case for Equity Non-Damage. In Domestic Relation he has 1 case for Contested Divorce.
