HOUSTON COUNTY:

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT COURT JUDGE BENJAMIN LEWIS each morning has initial appearances. These are people who have not made bond. HONNORABLE 20^th JUDICIAL District-Criminal COURT JAMES D PETERSON: Has District-Criminal with 15 cases range from Assault 3^rd Degree, Resisting Arrest, Harassment. He also has Domestic Relation with 1 case. In Traffic he has 33 cases range from Failure to Wear safe, Open Vehicle with no Insurance, Open Container and Speed Less 25 MPH.
