HOUSTON COUNTY:

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT COURT JUDGE BENJAMIN LEWIS each morning has initial appearances. These are people who have not made bond. HONNORABLE 20^th JUDICIAL District-Criminal COURT HENRY D “BUTCH” BINFORD : Has Circuit-Criminal with 28 cases range from Possess/ Receive Contr Subs, Chemical Endanger, Theft/Deception 2^nd, Possess Marihuana 1^st.
