COLORADO SPRINGS COLORADO; HOUSTON COUNTY AL; JACKSON COUNTY FLORIDA; COVINGTON COUNTY AL; BARBOUR COUNTY AL:     The suspect who stole a vehicle in the Southern Junction area of Houston County Alabama, chased in Jackson County Florida and fled on foot, but his female companion was apprehended; stole two vehicles in Covington County Alabama. Spotted in Barbour County Alabama in Clio…

Well he stole a vehicle and in Colorado Springs Colorado was chased by law enforcement. This is where Nicholas James Davis, age 32, ended his criminal spree.

Nicholas James Davis crashed the motorcycle while eluding the police and the crash claimed his life.

Davis has been on a multi state crime spree. It has been apparent that he was on the spree and had no intentions of being taken alive. A great thing he got his wish and no civilians or law enforcement officers were injured. His death was at his own hands in not knowing how to handle two wheels.

All local Alabama and Florida agencies did a outstanding job in attempting to apprehend the suspect. Each agency has worked with other agencies in sharing information in an effort to take him into custody.

Hate any individual dies. But glad no one was injured and most especially all of the law enforcement that has been involved in Nicholas James Davis, age 32, are all safe and went home safe.
