DOTHAN: Yesterday Dothan Police responded to a suspicious person outside of a motel in the 3200 block of Montgomery Highway.  


When police arrived they found more than they barged for. They found Jose Antonio Toledo, 34, of Daleville wearing nothing but a pair of socks and a smile.


According to Police the subject was under the influence and was arrested and charged for that and charged with exposure or lewd act in public.
