COMMENTS

Slaughter cows fully steady to 1 higher  .  Replacement bred cows and pairs steady on very light supply. Calves and feeder cattle steady to 2 higher. Looks like the GOOD rain and the Mexican Agreement is having a positive effect on our market, a new outlook so to speak. All buyers with good orders and needing cattle, a good sign. Fed cattle in the West started last week @    1.12 but closed out the week @ 1.15, with some Iowa auction cattle to 120.50.
