COMMENTS


  Slaughter cows steady to 2 lower while bulls sold steady to 3 higher . Replacement bred cows and pairs steady . Calves and feeder cattle 4 to 6 higher with All buyers involved. Calf market on it`s own looks promising with lots of activity and demand . What concerns me is the rising price of gas/diesel fuel, fertilizer and all other things we need to raise our crops, including our Cattle. Fed cattle in the West  trading steady from 124 to 125 last week and asking prices still higher this week.
