Dothan Man Charged with Armed Robbery

DOTHAN CITY:On 8/4/2022, a physical altercation took place between a victim and two suspects over property in the 200 block of Fortner Street. During the physical altercation, one suspect produced a handgun and shot the victim in the arm. The victim underwent surgery for the non-life threatening injury and is expected to make a full recovery. One suspect, Kevone Devontay Smith, 21 years old of Dothan, has been arrested and charged with one count of Robbery First Degree. His bond was set at $60,000.00.
