Dothan Man Charged With Capital Murder

DOTHAN ALABAMA:On June 14, 2022 Dothan Police Officers and Investigators responded to a Firearm Assault in the 900 block of North Bell Street.  Upon arrival officers found the victim, identified as William Henry Roberson Jr laying in the street and began rendering emergency medical aid. 

Roberson was transported by ambulance, and later pronounced deceased at a local hospital.


It was determined that family members got into an argument over property, which ended with the victim being shot.  After investigation the suspect, Tobias Marsh has been arrested and charged with Capital Murder.
