Drug Enforcement Agency’s annual Prescription Take Back Program

On Saturday, October 26, 2019 the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office will be participating in the Drug Enforcement Agency’s annual Prescription Take Back Program. Collection points will be set up at the following locations between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M.

Sheriff Roberts and his staff would like to encourage the community to take advantage of this program by bringing and turning in any additional or expired medication previously provided to them. This program was established to prevent prescription medications from being stolen, sold, taken, or abused as a result of the current Opioid crisis across the nation.
