COFFEE COUNTY — Enterprise Police Department arrested a man charged him with the alleged rape of a 14-year-old girl. He is currently being held without bond in Coffee County Jail.
On Monday, March 26, 23-year-old Pablo Mendoza was arrested by Enterprise Police and charged with rape in the first degree.
A complaint filed in the Coffee County court system on the day of his arrest, Mendoza had sex with a fourteen-year-old girl who could not consent due to her being “physically helpless or mentally incapacitated.” The alleged crime occurred on Tuesday, February 20.
