BETHLEHEM – On June 16, a deputy with the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office encountered a female walking on Hwy 2 near JJ Whitaker Rd. The deputy made contact with the female, identified as Theresa Gilley of Graceville, who asked if he would give her a ride to Graceville.
Prior to transporting Ms. Gilley, the deputy asked to search her belongings, to which she agreed. While searching her purse, the deputy found Ms. Gilley’s driver’s license and a black container with a key and a small, clear baggie of methamphetamine.
Theresa Gilley was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine
