HOUSTON COUNTY:    Have to give it to "ol George, he is dedicated to what he believes.

This morning during the Houston County Commission Administrative Meeting, the 70 year old - District 3 resident and registered voter, Mr. George Trotter was braving the rain showing his feelings of the Houston County Commission.

Mr. Trotter was waking on the sidewalk in front of the sixth floor Houston County Administrative Building. Mr. Trotter was carrying a sign with the word CORRUPTION on it referencing the Houston County Commission.

Before COVID, the transparency and accountable D-3 Houston County Commissioner/Houston County Sheriff Deputy-Criminal Investigator Sergeant Ricky Herring and Houston County Commission Chairman Mark Culver entered into a conspiracy of how to stop Mr. Trotter from attending the commission meetings.

The Houston County Sheriff Deputies assigned to the Houston County Administrative Building will not even let Mr. Trotter inside the building. And with what D-3 Houston County Commissioner/Houston County Sheriff Deputy-Criminal Investigator Sergeant Ricky Herring was captured on audio and video saying, he should be removed as a Houston County Deputy Sheriff and as a Commissioner.

Mr. Trotter angered the commissioners with his questioning the purchase of the Five Star Building for $ 2 million dollars on North Foster Street. Trotter said the building is priced more than it will bring on the market. In addition, Mr. Trotter suggested moving the Sheriff Department to the property of the Houston County Farm Center. There are two metal buildings, air conditioned, already in place. Just a matter of standing up walls.

The Five Star Building has 41 parking places, eight parking places on the street and 30 parking places across the street. A recent count of the current Sheriff Department, at 9:15 AM during the week, there were 31 Sheriff Department vehicles parked in the parking lot.

Trotter said the Five Star Building is locked with no where to grow and is not what is best for the Houston County Sheriff Department or the citizens of Houston County.

TRANSPARENCY and ACCOUNTABILITY  

D-3 Houston County Commissioner/Houston County Sheriff Deputy-Criminal Investigator Sergeant Ricky Herring preaches "TRANSPARENCY and ACCOUNTABILITY". Herring always preaches that he will be accountable and transparent.

THAT IS A LIE. He is not transparent and accountable to a registered voter in D-3 when he entered into a conspiracy with Commission Chairman Mark Culver n how to stop this 70 year old man from coming to the Houston County Commission. And he is not "transparent and accountable" in telling what he said to Chairman Culver. Because I will not let him listen to the recording until he does - and if he does not then in due time.

And the form below, read it carefully with thoughts in mind of TRANSPARENCY and ACCOUNTABILITY. See if the form meets that definition and remember Herring's hand was in n the design.

Notice - no phone number to contact the person who request to speak if they will allow you to speak or not, and no deadline for you to be notified. What is D-3 Houston County Commissioner/Houston County Sheriff Deputy-Criminal Investigator Sergeant Ricky Herring afraid of being asked. And what is Chairman Culver so about not answering his employers       ( the citizens ) questions.

When you hear the words TRANSPARENCY and ACCOUNTABLE from D-3 Houston County Commissioner/Houston County Sheriff Deputy-Criminal Investigator Sergeant Ricky Herring, you have been conned.
