Houston County Commissioner - Houston County Deputy Sheriff Conspires - I AM TRYING

HOUSTON COUNTY:    Houston County Commissioner of District Three/Houston County Deputy Sheriff Ricky Herring devised a common plan, scheme and design to kick a 73 year old man from the Houston County Commission Meetings.

With that plan D-3 Commissioner Ricky Herring used Houston County Commission Chairman Mark Culver as his puppet and pawn.

With the conspiracy planned by D-3 Commissioner Ricky Herring and Chairman Mark Culver, they have stopped District Three Rehobeth resident George Trotter from attending the Houston County Commission Meeting. Probably a violation of the 73 year old George Trotter’s Civil Rights, and a definite conspiracy against the 73 tear old.

This was after D-3 Commissioner/Houston County Deputy Sheriff Ricky Herring failed in his attempts to get the 73 year old Mr. Trotter to react in a way D-3 Commissioner/Houston County Deputy Sheriff Ricky Herring could knock the “mess” out of him and arrest him.

PRIOR TO THE ALLEGED CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATIONS BY D-3 COMMISSIONER/HOUSTON COUNTY DEPUTY SHERIFF RICKY HERRING against the 73 year old Senior Citizen, Mr. Trotter questioned the decision to purchase the Five Star Credit Union on North Foster to house D-3 Commissioner Ricky Herring’s full time employer’s office, Houston County Sheriff Office.

The 73 year old George Trotter said it was not a wise decision to purchase the Five Star Credit Union Building for $ 2 million dollars because it was land locked. As normal that common sense failed to ring with the Houston County Commission and they ignored the 73 year old.

His suggestion was the Houston County Farm Center. A place the Houston County Sheriff Department currently uses to store items and equipment. Also using the Houston County Farm Center is Dothan-Houston County Emergency Management in the storage of emergency supplies.

After interviewing the 73 year old George Trotter, and using the two ears GOD provided to listen, we examined what Mr.Trotter was saying. And he made perfectly good common sense.

WHY THE HOUSTON COUNTY COMMISSION WOULD PAY $ 2 MILLION DOLLARS FOR A LAND LOCKED BUILDING? 

That question I can not answer. The only guess is D-3 Commissioner Ricky Herring might have promised his employer, the Houston County Sheriff Department, newer and plush offices. After all, Herring is an “at will” employee of the Houston County Sheriff Department and could be terminated at any time.

After all, D-3 Commissioner Ricky Herring got two brand new Houston County Sheriff vehicles in less then one year being a Houston County Commissioner. The first a new Tahoe and the second a new Z-71 Chevrolet pickup truck.

And D-3 Commissioner Ricky Herring is paid $ 250.00 a month                   ( $ 3,000.00 ) a year to furnish his own vehicle. However Houston County Sheriff Donald Valenza said Herring is “always on call” and always expected to be on the Sheriff Department Z-71 pickup truck. But reports are he still collects the $ 250.00 a month to furnish his vehicle but uses the Sheriff Department issued Z-71. ( TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY ).

ANYWAY, the land locked Five Star Property is set to become the new Houston County Sheriff Department.

Following the interview with the 73 year old Mr. Trotter, RSN went to the Houston County Sheriff Department. At 9:15 AM on a weekday 32 Houston County Sheriff Department vehicles were parked behind the department. The Five Star $ 2 million dollar building has 41 parking places, six on the street, and 30 across the street in a fenced lot.

When we looked at the Houston County Farm Center, then at some metal buildings, you know, Mr. Trotter made sense.

ACTIONS OF D-3 COMMISSIONER/HOUSTON COUNTY DEPUTY SHERIFF RICKY HERRING 

You know we looked at the George Floyd case. A man law enforcement were in the heat of a incident and law enforcement officers are now accused of causing the death of Mr. George Floyd.

RSN has evidence that D-3 Houston County Commissioner/Houston County Sheriff Deputy Ricky Herring was conspiring to get the 73 year old Mr. George Trotter to react so that D-3 Commissioner/Houston County Deputy Sheriff Ricky Herring could strike and arrest the 73 year old. In fact Herring bragged “I AM TRYING”.

The George Floyd incident was pursuant to an unplanned unprovoked encounter that unfolded.

The D-3 Houston County Commissioner/Houston County Deputy Sheriff Ricky Herring “ I AM TRYING “ is a premeditated act  to cause an action to allow the D-3 Houston County Commissioner/Houston County Deputy Sheriff to use physical force against a senior citizen who is 73 years old and arrest him.

This is dangerous for a law enforcement officer to conspire to commit the acts of violence towards a 73 year old man. And brag “ I AM TRYING “.

While Houston County Sheriff Deputies have been terminated for less, Herring will not be reprimanded or terminated as a Houston County Sheriff Deputy for his conspired actions. It is called “having a inside person for funding”… can not mess up that.

And Herring non-repentant for his actions where he would never resign as Deputy Sheriff or Houston County Commissioner.

CAUTION – I HAVE PROOF

GEORGE FLOYD – unplanned, happened because of a chain of event.

GEORGE TROTTER – planned, bragged “ I AM TRYING “, although Mr. Trotter never reacted the way D-3 Houston County Commissioner/Houston County Deputy Sheriff Ricky Herring wanted.

NOTE:   Trotter had no idea of the conspiracy against him.
