MONTGOMERY:     This is a story I really - really - really hate doing. 

In fact, it is a article that I really do not want to believe because it means that our Alabama State Representative, Steve Clouse, has betrayed those he serves.

Efforts to reach Representative Steve Clouse were unsuccessful.

Kelly Butler, Alabama's Finance Director has been shady under the CARES ACT Funding. Alabama Senate Pro Tem Del Marsh has already attempted to steal some of this money for purpose it was not intended to be used for.

Butler has shifted the rules and regulations back and forth, telling one person or county one thing and then another person or another county something else.

Well it seems six people, and OUR State Representative Steve Clouse, has joined five others in stealing the money from the purpose intended to shift it somewhere else. 

To steal this money required the unanimous votes of: (1) Del Marsh - Senate President Pro Tem (2) House Speaker Mac McCutcheon, Alabama State Representatives Steve Clouse, and Bill Poole and Alabama State Senators Greg Albritton and Arthur Orr.

These six unanimously stole $ 70 MILLION DOLLARS of the CARES ACT FUNDING that had been earmarked for cities and counties in Alabama. Finance Director Kelly Butler has changed the rules constantly. And without warning these six voted to put the screws to the cities and counties this money was intended to be for.

None of them have really helped Emergency Medical Services to the degree they should. Because the Emergency Medical Services are the ones inside the enclosed ambulances with the COVID Patients transporting them to the hospital.

But many cities and counties made purchases, because Finance Director Kelly Butler said it was required to make the purchase and pay for it in order to be reimbursed. So these cities and counties did so and now Kelly and the six amigos have moved the bar again, sticking it to these cities and counties.

STEVE CLOUSE ... you have some explaining to do, and quickly you better be explaining. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for you to screw those you represent like this.

Emergency Medical Service Transport have been on the front line. None of you would dare ride inside an enclosed ambulance with a COVID positive patient. The EMS folks have and for little or no pay.

The other legislators, you better get onto Steve and get a answer or you are going to be placed on the hot seat. You know that you have done wrong and are hiding. You best be explaining.

STEVE CLOUSE, I like you and hope that you have not betrayed the people you serve. These cities and counties have already been dealing with the termite Kelly. And no one has received the correct answer.
