Jackson County Sheriff's Responding to a Physical

On 11-9-19 at approximately 6:32 p.m. a Deputy with the Uniform Patrol Division of the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office responded to a physical disturbance on Saye Ln. near Marianna. During the course of the investigation the responding Deputy learned that Brandy Nichole Tyus reportedly struck her mother three times with a closed fist causing minor injuries. Ms. Tyus was placed under arrest for Battery Domestic Violence and lodged in the Jackson County Correctional Facility to await first appearance.
