Marianna Man Charges: Lewd and Lascivious Acts in the Presene of a Minor

  On October 11, 2019, Officers with the Marianna Police Department were dispatched to Three Rivers Apartment, G Building in reference to a disturbance.


 


  An investigation revealed that the disturbance was between Keith Jordan and residences of G Building after Keith Jordan exposed his genitalia in the presence of 3 juveniles who were all under the age of 16.  Family members became angry with Jordan and a verbal altercation ensued.


 


  Jordan was arrested and transported to the Jackson County Correction Facility to await first appearance.  He is being charged with lewd and lascivious acts in the presence of a minor under the age of 16.  3 counts.
