MISSOURI PAIR ARRESTED WITH METH, MARIJUANA

BETHLEHEM - On September 25, a deputy with the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on Hwy 79 near Twin Lakes Rd. Contact was made with the driver, Richard Reynolds, and front seat passenger, Crystal Mitchell, both of Florissant, MO.
While speaking with Reynolds and Mitchell, the deputy detected the smell of burnt marijuana and observed a marijuana cigarette in plain view in the vehicle. Neither occupant had a medical marijuana card.
Reynolds admitted to having methamphetamine and more marijuana in his bag. Mitchell also informed the deputy that there was methamphetamine in her purse. Both individuals claimed possession of the marijuana and methamphetamine.
Richard Reynolds and Crystal Mitchell were transported to the Holmes County Jail. They are each charged with possession of marijuana more than 20 grams, and possession of methamphetamine
