Mobile Fire-Rescue Responded to Structure Fire in the 1600 Block of Sumner Drive

MOBILE AL: Responded to the 1600 block of Sumner Drive, discovering a single-story residence with flames and heavy smoke present.


All occupants successfully evacuated the structure prior to MFRD arrival. Suppression teams were able to extinguish all signs of fire within approximately 25 minutes of arriving on scene.



The cause of the incident remains under investigation.
