OPELIKA ALA:On 03/12/2024, the Opelika Police Department began investigating a report of possession of a forged instrument, which occurred at Family Dollar, located at 1420 2nd Avenue. On 03/10/2024, the suspect, a black male, entered the store and presented three counterfeit $100 bills to load a Cash App card.


The suspect is seen on surveillance video wearing a black hat, black t-shirt with Saints printed on the front, black pants and white shoes. The suspect left in a gold Lexus sedan.
