Opp Man Arrested nad Charged with Rape 2nd

On July 26, 2021 around 3:14 AM, Opp Police Department was contacted in reference to a Juvenile who was at Andalusia Health giving birth to a stillborn.  It was learned that the father of the child was a 36 year-old male of Opp, Alabama.  While officers were at the hospital, the father of the baby came to the Opp Police Department.  Investigators interviewed the male who admitted to having sexual intercourse with the juvenile.  Investigators arrested and charged the male with Rape 2nd.
