Panama City Multiple Search Warrants Served on Nuisance Area

PANAMA CITY :After complaints by nearby residents, officers with the Panama City Police Department responded by serving multiple warrants in an area where drug activity had been reported.


Officers with PCPD’s Street Crimes Unit, assisted by several patrol units, Criminal Investigations Detectives and Crime Scene Investigators, served search warrants on multiple lots at the northeast corner of N. Bonita Avenue and E. 8th Court Tuesday.


In all, nearly 30 officers with the department responded to the area where residents had reported large groups gathering. An ongoing investigation of narcotics being distributed had also been taking place by PCPD’s Street Crimes Unit


With search warrants in hand, officers arrested nine individuals on 22 various charges and one active warrant out of Bay County.


Those arrested were:


Michael Worlds, Sr., 66 y/o B/M, was arrested for Selling of Cocaine, Keeping and Maintaining a Nuisance Structure/Property, Illegal Sale of Alcoholic Beverages and Violation of Probation.


Charles Bellamy, 56 y/o B/M, was arrested for Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Violation of Probation.


Cassandra Dunston, 59 y/o B/F, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana (less than 20 grams) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.


Cedric West, 36 y/o B/M, was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana (less than 20 grams) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.


Donald Alford, Jr., 42 y/o B/M, was arrested for Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Ammunition by a Convicted Felon, Possession of Marijuana (Less than 20 grams) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.


Chevon Carroll, 42 y/o B/F, was arrested for Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.


Monica Moore, 43 y/o B/F, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.


Leonard Jenkins, 64 y/o B/M, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana (less than 20 grams) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.


Tracy Porter, 30 y/o B/F, was arrested for an Active Warrant out of Bay County, Florida.
