The murder took place at a house party on Harrison St. in Ashford, AL. The owner of the residence was out of town and a family member had a large party at the residence.


An altercation took place inside the residence between the victim and offender. The offender pulled a handgun firing a round striking the victim in the chest.


The victim ran out of the residence, succumbed to his injury, and fell outside the garage door to the ground.


Cause of Issue: Drug deal that went bad
