MIDLAND CITY - DOTHAN:    This past Saturday night I asked for prayers for the Dothan 911 Dispatchers and wrote that I would reveal why later.

Late Saturday night Dothan 911 Dispatcher Michelle Holman passed away in the hospital from COVID.

Michelle Holman was one of the ladies who was behind the telephones and radio communications taking your emergencies and sending help to emergencies. 

Michelle Holman was one of the ladies who calmed many people’s fears when they call 911 for some kind of emergency.

Michelle, at age 37, went into the hospital on August 17 and passed away on September 3 from COVID.

Tonight in front of the 911 Center at 405 East Adams a prayer service will be held remembering Michelle and her family, all the emergency responders - DISPATCH - FIRE - EMS - LAW ENFORCEMENT - UTILITIES - HOSPITAL DOCTORS AND NURSES as they battle COVID.
