DOTHAN:   This morning at Cottonwood Road and Ross Clark Circle there were men and women with weedeaters and Gators along the roadways cutting grass. The crews were weed eating around the stop signs and areas tractors could not reach.


This afternoon at Prevatt and Ross Clark Circle several John Deere tractors with bushhogs behind them cutting the right of way.


Not exactly sure how that contract works but do know the Ross Clark Circle is a state roadway and is the responsibility of the State of Alabama. Looking better.
