Samson Fire Responds to Structure Fire Tuesday Afternoon

SAMSON - At 4:57 P.M. today, April 9th, Samson Fire was dispatched to a structure fire in the 400 block of Coffee Springs Road. Engine 35 arrived to discover heavy smoke exiting the roof. Automatic aid from Coffee Springs Fire was initiated. Engine 35’s crew made an interior attack and brought the fire under control. Engine 31 and Supply 34 arrived, and the roof was vented. Coffee Springs Engine 72 and Brush 74 quickly arrived and assisted with overhaul operations. No injuries were reported during this incident. Thank you to Samson Rescue and Geneva County Sheriff’s Office for assisting
