Slocomb High School Marching Band and Cheerleaders Winners Week 9-10 through 9-17

SLOCOMB:    This past week I had the opportunity of meeting Mortgage Man Tim, his lovely wife Johnnie and beautiful granddaughter at Slocomb High School.


Mortgate Man Tim and Hometown Lenders began about seven years ago recognizing the Cheerleaders and Band Members each week.


The friends and family go onto Mortgage Man Tim, Hometown Lenders and www.rickeystokesnews.com and vote for the band and cheerleaders of the week.


Each week Mortgage Man Tim and his wife travel to the school and present them with a trophy. And this places them in a contest at the end of the 10 weeks to win $ 1,000 for the cheerleaders and $ 1,000.00 for the band.


This past week's winner was Slocomb High School Marching Band and Cheerleaders.


Congratulations. We received a great welcome and they were fantastic.
