Structure Fire in Holmes County Causes Total Loss

Holmes County Fl. - Multiple Fire units from Holmes County and Geneva County are on the scene of a structure fire on Highway 179A near Highway 2
Black Volunteer Fire Department from Geneva County was requested to Mutual Aid Bonifay Fire Rescue, Holmes County Fire Rescue and several other department from Holmes County
The home is a total loss from fire damage
There are no fire hydrants in the area so firemen had to set up a portable pool to dump water in from engines and tankers and the main pumper had to draft water from the make shift hydrant.
It is unknown what caused the fire at this time.
