JACKSON COUNTY FL:    Last evening at 8:00 PM TEXT RICKEY received the following message "Hey! Have you heard about the murdered body fround in Graceville Florida? If so do you have any details.

RSN response was no, but let me check it out.

At 8:13 PM I forwarded that text to Jackson County Sheriff Donnie Edenfield with the added text "Someone sent this text to me ....".

To date, January 14, 2022 at 3:06 PM there has not been a reply message. Scrolled through all emails and no press release from Jackson County Sheriff Department or Sheriff Donnie Edenfield.

MY SINCERELY APOLOGIES TO THE ONES WHO TEXT RICKEY AND ASKED. I HAVE BEEN OUT WITH COVID BUT STILL WORKING AND REACHED OUT TO GET A ANSWER. SOMEONE WITH JACKSON COUNTY SHERIFF DEPARTMENT GAVE WJHG THE INFORMATION FOR THEY POSTED A ARTICLE AT 6:34 AM CST THIS DATE.

RSN REACHED OUT TO JACKSON COUNTY SHERIFF DONNIE EDENFIELD LAST EVENING AT 8:13 PM, TO DATE NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM KISS MY ASS OR ANY RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. Apparently WJHG did.

Just 29 minutes ago ( 3:10 PM ) on Jackson County Sheriff FACEBOOK page, Jackson County Sheriff Department posted BODY LOCATED, THREE HOMICIDE SUSPECTS IN CUSOTODY.

It reads " On Thursday, January 13, 2022 at approximately 5:09 PM the Jackson County Sheriff Office ( JCSO ) responded to reports of a body that had been located on Skyview Road in Marianna.

Upon Deputies' arrival it was confirmed that there was an unidetifiable body. The JCSO Criminal Investigations Division responded to the scene, and quickly developed three persons of interest.

Investigators located one of the individual's and conducted an interview with them. Based on the interview, and evidence that investigator had located up to that point, the case was determined to be a homicide.

Investigators and Deputies worked throughout the night and into the morning hours of friday, January 14, 2022, and successfully  located the other two persons of interest, Interviews were conducted with multiple individuals throughout the investigations;

The following individuals have been charged in the case:

GABRIEL DEWAYNE CLEMMONS , age 39, of Marianna for an open count of murder.

DEVIN MICHAEL KNIGHT, age 21 of Defuniak Springs, for an open count of murder and Tampering with evidence.

RAMARYLA KEYS, age 17, of Marianna, for accessory after the fact ( Murder ) and Tampering with evidence.

At this time a positive indeitification of the victim has been established. This is an ongoing investigation and anyone that has information pertaining to this case is urged to contact the JCSO Criminal Investigation Division at 850-482-9624. Sheriff Edenfield would like to thank the Uniform Patrol Division and the Criminal Investigations Division of the Sheriff's Office for their tireless efforts in taking these individuals into cusotdy so quickly, and Sheriff Edenfield would also like to extend his thanks tot he Florida Departent of Law Enforcement, the Medical Examineer's Office, the Graceville Police Department, and the office of the State Attorney, 14th Judicial Circuit, for their response and assitance in this case.
