Traffic Stop Yields Drug Arrest

Esto :On April 15, 2024, deputies from HCSO stopped a green Buick for an expired tag, leading to a discovery of illicit substances within the vehicle.


During the stop, the passenger of the vehicle, identified as Danielle Hutchinson, voluntarily disclosed the possession of illegal substances to the deputies. Hutchinson admitted to possessing a marijuana vape pen, a small quantity of marijuana, and a syringe loaded with methamphetamine, which was found concealed in a Pretzel bag.


A subsequent search of the vehicle uncovered a cigarette pack containing several grams of methamphetamine. Hutchinson claimed sole ownership of all the discovered drugs.


Hutchinson was placed under arrest and has been charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Parijuana.
