On September 11, 2019 at 1:40 am, Officers with the Marianna Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis for a traffic infraction.
The driver was identified as Anthony Edwards and the passenger as Di’quan Long, both of Greenwood, Florida.
A computer check revealed that Anthony Edwards Driver’s License was suspended and Di’quan Long was on State Probation for narcotics violation and was court ordered under a drug offender curfew from 7:00 pm – 7:00 am where he was to be at his residence.
Long was arrested for violating the conditions of his probation. Edwards was issued a traffic citation for driving on a suspended license.
