Two Arrested on Mutiole Charges

HOLMES COUNTY:On 5/4/24 a HCSO deputy stopped a vehicle on HWY 81. As the deputy was approaching the vehicle, the driver, later identified as Kelly Marshall, jumped out of the driver’s seat onto the back and tried to conceal herself under clothes.


She was quickly detained along with the passenger, Matthew Krimes. A computer search revealed that both had warrants on them, and Marshall did not have a valid license.



A search of the vehicle was conducted and located inside was a meth pipe, drug paraphernalia, and cocaine. Marshall was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting an officer without violence. Krimes was arrested on his outstanding warrants.
