Two Vehicle Accient has claimed the life of an Indiana man

TROY POST – A two-vehicle crash at approximately 2:00 p.m. on Monday, May 20th, 2019 has claimed the life of an Indiana man. Jason R. Andrews, 38, was killed when the Nissan Rogue he was  operating stuck a tractor trailer.  Andrews died at the scene due to injuries sustained in the crash.


The passenger, Andrew T. Norman, 24, of Mesa, Arizona, was transported to Baptist South in Montgomery with non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the tractor trailer, John A. Preston, 51, of  Baton Rouge, Louisiana was not injured.


The crash occurred on Interstate 65 approximately two miles North of Greenville. Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.
