SLOCOMB: At 12:43 PM..Slocomb Fire-Rescue and Slocomb Police are on the scene of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle in the 5300 block of South Hwy 103 near County Road 49.


Units on scene have confirmed that the victim is deceased. ALEA Troopers are handling the investigation into the accident.

DOTHAN POST – A single-vehicle crash at approximately 12:40 p.m. on Friday November 13, 2020 has claimed the life of a Geneva County man. James Lewis Bryan, 60, of Slocomb was killed when he stepped into the path of a 2007 Hyundai Elantra. The crash occurred on Alabama 103, approximately five miles south of Slocomb. Nothing further is available as ALEA State Troopers continue to investigate.
