DALE COUNTY: Ozark - Dale County 911 dispatched Dale County Sheriff Deputies to a burglary in progress on County Road 83.

Responding Deputies were informed a black male was attempting forced entry into the residence.

Dale County Sheriff Chief Deputy Mason Bynum had one suspect at gunpoint on his arrival to the scene. Chief Deputy Bynum had one suspect in custody and three suspects in the woods.

Dale County Sheriff Wally Olson instructed Ozark - Dale County 911 to respond the Dale County Sheriff heliopter. Deputy Little and Andrews responded to the hanger and are getting airborne to search for the three suspects.

Sheriff Olson, Chief Bynum and other deputies have a perimeter established and searching the suspects.

Dale County Sheriff Wally Olson has confirmed there are no injuries on the scene. Criminal Investigators are investigating the case at this time. Deputies, Chief Bynum and Sheriff Olson have the perimeter established.

The suspect apprehended by Dale County Sheriff Chief Deputy Mason Bynum, well, he had no clothes on.

The air search has been discontinued. At this time the search has ended for additional suspects. All are busy on the scene and no confirmation on other suspects.

Dale County Sheriff Chief Deputy Mason Bynum took a suspect at gunpoint last evening on County Road 83 on a burglary in progress.

Chief Deputy Bynum, Dale County Sheriff Wally Olson, members of the Dale County Sheriff Department responded to the burglary in progress and apprehended very quickly the suspect.

Dale County Sheriff helicopter was deployed at the orders of Dale County Sheriff Wally Olson. The Sheriff and Chief Deputy wanted to be absolutely sure there were no other suspects from the burglary.

This suspect had some identifying characteristics which made him easily identifiable. He was naked!!!!

However, being the nice Sheriff and Chief Deputy they are, they gave him some very nice orange clothes and a pair of matching bracelets with a cute chain in between the bracelets. The bracelets are AKA - handcuffs.

And the Sheriff and Chief Deputy went a step further in their kindness. They checked the man at "THE INN". A place where the Inn Keeper keeps the light on. The Dale County Jail.

Taken into custody was Quinton Miller. He is charged with Criminal Trespass 1st, Criminal Mischief, Breaking and Entering Into A vehicle.

Subject was believed to be under the influence of drugs.
