DOTHAN:   2:18 PM   Dothan 911 dispatched Dothan Police - Dothan Fire - Pilcher Ambulance to an edged weapon assault at 115 Cove Lane in Dothan.


The primary Dothan Police Officer reported the victim appeared passed out and no sign of a edged weapon wound. The officers directed Dothan Fire and Pilcher Ambulance to continue to stage until they cleared the apartment.


At 2:25PM Dothan Police had cleared the scene and did not find anyone and directed Dothan Fire and Pilcher Ambulance they could enter the scene.


Cove Lane runs off Fortner Street.


UPDATED @ 2:27 PM   


The Dothan Police Patrol Supervisor directed all units could return to service except for the primary officer and one back up officer.
