ASHFORD - COTTONWOOD - GORDON AND ALL AREAS ON WOW:     For a week now WOW Communications, telephone  - internet - cable has been out. It has severally hampered business and lives on the east end of Houston County.

WOW Communications closed their Dothan Office. They have a office in Ashford but no way to legally gain access. And when you call on the phone you get into the automated system.

The Chief Executive Officer of WOW Communications is located in Englewood Colorado. Her names is Teresa Elder. The office number 720-479-3500 gets you only more aggravated because it is in the recorded phone system, press this button to get to this button to leave name and number.

This afternoon I have been researching Ms. Elder. Located a cell phone number on her but got a voice mail. Will continue to attempt to contact her. I did leave a message with zero hopes she will return my call but she might answer about 2 AM. 

Ms. Elder appears to be 59 years old. Research I have located four email addresses and sent emails to those addresses. Once I confirm these are the correct phone number and get no satisfaction I will release her cell phone number and email addresses to you. Those affected can then call her and email her. Yes, I know internet down on home and offices but your cell device you can call and email. Not harassing communications when you are attempting to get answers on your phone-internet-cable TV service. They have no problems bothering you about the bill do they?

While my research does you no good, just letting you know I have 111 printed pages of research on Ms. Teresa Elder. Working on making contact because as Chief Executive Officer the buck stops with her and she is responsible.

Yesterday I had someone dial 911 from Cottonwood. It went to the Dothan Police Administrative lines in the communications center. If you call 911 and hear recording that your call will be recorded, hold on, someone will be with you shortly to obtain information if you have an emergency. IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY - please do not hang up someone will be with you. It just does not ring the emergency line, which the emergency lines are sirens that ring in the 911 center.

While nothing to do with me as far as responsibility, I apologize the corporate giants have no concerns for their customer. That is why everyone needs to shop locally and stop supporting these big box stores and corporate giants.

When WOW was Graceba everyone knew the Dupree's and James Etheridge's who lived and worked in the community. You knew the buck stopped with Cecil and Ms. Linda Dupree, James Etheridge and Chris Dupree. Now with WOW you do not know where the buck even starts much less stop.

This is also what happens when all the powers to be hire and bring in these out of town people for local jobs.

Again, this should be something elected officials are on top of. I do know Houston County Commissioner D-2 Doug Sinquefield has been making calls to everyone and anyone jumping up and down all humanly possible to get this fixed. Commissioner Sinquefield has worked himself sick trying to find someone - somewhere to get this repaired.

Until then Rickey Stokes and my bail bounty hunters are researching how to contact Teresa Elders directly to get you answers.

WOW Local crews are working on the issues. At this time cell phones are going through. Still problems with long distance. WOW and Centurylink are working together attempting to get system working. Has been a issue in obtains parts.

The CEO has not returned my call.

One of the messages sent by D-2 Houston County Commissioner Doug Sinquefield:

I'm Houston County Commissioner, Houston County, Alabama. You're WOW landline phones are out and have been since last week. Businesses are affected and many elderly that may have emergency situations have no communication. Someone in your Corporation needs to get busy finding the problem. I would really appreciate some contact from your corporate so citizens can have their communications restored. Thanks you .  Commissioner Sinquefield.
