DALE COUNTY - DALEVILLE - LEVEL PLAINS AREA:      8:25 PM.    Dale County Sheriff Deputies are in pursuit of a S-10 pickup truck.

The chase was west bound on Highway 84. The suspect vehicle crossed Highway 85 intersection and continued towards Level Plains.

The suspect vehicle was pit by Dale County Sheriff Department into the median of Highway 84 between Daleville and Level Plains. The suspect bailed from the vehicle and has fled on foot.

Dale County Sheriff - Dothan Police helicopter has gone airborne and responding for overhead surveillance.

Level Plains, Daleville Police, Dale County Sheriff Deputies, Coffee County Sheriff Deputies, Enterprise Police and ALEA - Troopers are assisting/or responding to assist at this time.

The person driving is alleged to be a possible suspect in a burglary. A Houston County Sheriff Deputy is also responding to assist.

The suspect being chased is possibly the Escape prisoner from Houston County. The suspect is identified as White Male Christoper Miller.

Dale County Sheriff Deputies DO NOT PLAY. When the Dale County Sheriff Deputies were in pursuit they immediately PIT the subject as soon as it was safe for the motoring public to terminate the chase. Dale County will not play!

SWAT Team members and K-9 team members have responded along with Houston County Sheriff Donald Valenza and Dale County Sheriff Mason Bynum. Multiple law enforcement to include Houston County Sheriff Jail Commander James Brazier is on the scene.

The area is in front of All In Federal Credit Union in Daleville.
