Divers from across the U.S. and Canada are scheduled to arrive in Alabama today to resume the search for the body of Kelsey Starling, who was killed July 4 in a boat crash on Smith Lake.
Personnel from Smith Lake Task Force, Deepwater Search and Recovery, and Houston County Search and Rescue will be participating in the search efforts, said ALEA Marine Patrol Capt. Gary Buchananan. Alabama Law Enforcement Agency Marine patrol troopers will be on hand to enforce an idle speed zone in the area of Rock Creek where the search will take place. This operation will continue throughout the week.

When Houston County Rescue responds along with them Regional Land and Water Rescue responds. Both work together in efforts to save someone or recover one who has drown.
Both units are involved in the recovery efforts of Kelsey Starling on Smith Lake in Winston County Alabama.
