BIRMINGHAM: First I want to say a HUGE - HUGE thank you to Cottonwood School. The nurse called Emily that Brantley was complaining of a bad headache and blurred vision. Her employer quickly told her to go.
I called our Hero Doctor, Fred Pich, and he was making arrangements and briefing a doctor. Emily called Brantley’s doctor at childrenn’s Hospital in Birmingham. They told her to come straight to the emergency department at Children’s Hospital in Birmingham.
They have done x-rays and MRI. They are waiting now on the neuro. They have concerns on his shunt but more concerned about his blurred vision. He might be admitted. We are waiting on the Neuro.
Please pray for my buddy, Brantley age 10, his mom, step dad and dad. Paw Paw ( me ) ain’t handling it well as his mom. Don’t like to see my buddy not feeling well.
Well a wait and see. Prayerfully all will be okay.
Love all of you. Thank you for your prayers for Brantley.

We are leaving Children's Hosital in Birmingham south bound to Dothan. All tests came back clear. The medical staff said if he continues to have headaches to follow up. There were no nerve swelling in his eyes but he is to follow up with a local eye doctor in Dothan.
Thanks for all of your prayers.
