DOTHAN: At 5:11 PM Dothan 911 Center dispatched multiple Dothan Fire units to a report of a structure fire at 1425 Campbellton Hwy. The first unit on scene advised flames visible from a large shed behind the Home. Captain Phillips has command.


Dothan Police responded along with an ambulance. The road the fire is located on is closed due to emergency equipment and supply line blocking the road.


At 5:17 firefighters have water on the fire and the flames can be seen through the roof. The fire is actually in a add-on suite behind the home. Captain Phillips was first on scene and established command and is still in command With Battalion Chief Watson assisting him.

Firefighters have the fire knocked down at this time.
