ASHFORD: 2:49 PM. Multiple volunteer fire departments are on the scene of a working structure fire at Weeks Trailer Park in Ashford.
This is a working structure fire, defensive attack only.
Ashford Volunteer Fire, Cowarts Volunteer Fire, Lovetown Volunteer Fire, Ashford Rescue.

The structure is a total loss. As we understand it the trailer had not long been moved in and the power was cut on today. Emergency Management Director Chris Judah was also on scene helping Chief Posey with anything he needed.

Houston County Sheriff 911 dispatched Ashford Fire, Ashford Rescue and Cowarts Fire to the original fire at Weeks Trailer Park. Ashford Fire Chief Jimmy Posey said a small fire, return Cowarts Volunteers back to their station, and cancel Ashford Rescue.
These men and women donate their times and energies, leave their families and jobs, in order to save lives and property.
