On September 26, 2020, at 1:30 AM, the Enterprise Police Department responded to a shooting that occurred at Garden Oaks Apartments, 507 Glover Avenue Enterprise, AL.


Responding Officers located four victims with gunshot wounds in the parking lot of the apartments.  Three of the victims have non-life-threatening injuries and one victim is in critical condition.  


Witnesses advised numerous shots were fired at the victims, whowere attending a party in the parking lot.  This is an active investigation and no further information will be released at this time.

Enterprise Police has announced one of the four firearm assault victims has passed away.


Enterprise Police has identified the murder victim as 22 year old Louis Horton of Andalusia.


Enterprise Police Criminal Investigation is in charge of this murder and assault investigation.
